RM Ads Agency provides digital services that require planning, time, resources, and platform work. Payments are non-refundable as described below.
Digital Service Nature
Our services include strategy, setup, creative planning, technical work, platform configuration, campaign management, website creation, and consultation. These activities consume time and resources immediately, so refunds are not provided.
Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
Ad budgets, domains, hosting, software, plugins, paid tools, platform fees, and any third-party charges are completely non-refundable and may be governed by the relevant third-party provider.
Changes and Support
If there is a genuine issue within the agreed scope, we may provide correction or support at our discretion. This does not mean refund eligibility. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
Cancellation
If the client delays information, approval, access, or communication, the project may be delayed or paused. Such delay does not qualify for a refund.
